OwnTheOrder is a SaaS platform (Software-as-a-Service) by 4Unit Systems Integration. We provide partners with a technical ordering infrastructure.
4Unit is not a seller and is not a party to any distance sales contracts.
2. Distance Sales Contract
A distance sales contract for goods or services is concluded exclusively between the respective partner (business owner) and their end customer. 4Unit does not act as a seller or intermediary at any time.
3. Partner Responsibilities
Each partner is solely responsible on their own domain for:
- Providing consumer information as required by law
- Right of withdrawal notice
- Price information including VAT and delivery costs
- Product descriptions and essential characteristics
- Compliance with distance selling regulations
