OwnTheOrder is a SaaS platform (Software-as-a-Service) by 4Unit Systems Integration. We provide partners (restaurants, cafes, bakeries, retail stores) with a technical ordering infrastructure.
4Unit does not sell any products and does not carry out any deliveries. Each partner operates their own online shop on their own domain and is solely responsible for products, delivery, and customer service.
2. Responsibility for Delivery and Returns
All delivery and return conditions are set by the respective partner on their own domain. These include in particular:
- Delivery area and delivery times
- Delivery costs and minimum order values
- Return and complaint policies
- Cancellation conditions

3. Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement for goods is concluded exclusively between the partner and their end customer. 4Unit is not a contracting party and is not liable for products, deliveries, or returns.
